Retro JCB was formed from over 20 years’ experience in restoring machinery and 50 years within the construction industry. Our passion is built from working on JCB’s for many years and not wanting to leave these hedgerow machines to rust. We aim to fill our customers with nostalgia with our restorations.

All our machines are bespoke, meaning every restoration is different. To ensure safety, we fully inspect each machine on arrival before starting works (we even check the handbrake). After inspection, we move on to rebuilding the engine and recondition the transmissions. Once the mechanical aspects of the machine are reworked, we will start on the body work. Inevitably, these machines have excessive wear due to their working hours and their age. To bring the machine back to life, we respray the bodywork with the relevant high-quality colours required.  

At Retro, we cater for everyone’s requirements and budgets. We restore our machines to an achievable level for everyone which can be purchased as they are from our showroom. Though, we are capable of taking any machine to the ‘next level’.
